Dr Oldfield said “It is critical to get the right people around the table and assume diverse representation. Therefore this opportunity to discuss gender equity is welcome. In addition the discussion of AI and Ethics is moving in a positive direction in defence, keeping this discussion moving is extremely important for future progress”.
